Alpha/Dictionary Challenge 2016 : V

Oh where did that fortnight go! Fortunately the clocks went back today so I got that extra hour to finish off my Craft Barn Alpha/Dictionary Challenge page for the letter V. Here it is;


I chose vacation for my "V"word and used my Travel Labels Tim Holtz stamp set adding a vintage suitcase image to complete the theme. All coloured with inktense pencils and watercoloured.

Enjoy the extra hour.

    OMGosh. Not only are you an incredible stamper, but you color so well, too. I wouldn't have the courage to stamp right on my dictionary, but you are FEARLESS. These are beautiful examples of a super vacation.

    Vacation is well chosen with stamps like those! I've just done most of the U one convinced the cue was umbrella but as that is what I had sitting on my desk I'm sticking with it but may do umbellifer too!!!!

    Quite fiddly colouring with the lettering, well done! Great choice of stamps too. You could have had Vintage or Voyage with those... plenty of choice this time.

    The labels are beautifully laid out on your page and the colours have a 1920's feel about them. A super page and choice of word.
